As a Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods and passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport goods and passengers to designated locations in a timely manner.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring secure and proper handling of items.
Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures and documentation.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.
Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs promptly.
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a logistics or transportation role.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Ability to operate and maintain vehicles safely.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
