We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling LED lighting products, signage lighting,indoor , outdoor , street lights ,spot lights ,chandeliers.and power supplies. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with leading signage manufacturers and interior decor contractors. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential clients within the signage and interior decor industry. Generate new leads and expand the client base through networking and industry research. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups and provide excellent after-sales support. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of LED lighting products, signage lighting, and power supplies. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals. Prepare and present quotations and proposals to clients. Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales contracts. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management. Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business strategies. Requirements: Minimum 5-6 years of proven experience in sales of LED lighting products, signage lighting, and power supplies. Strong network and experience dealing with leading signage manufacturers and interior decor contractors. Valid UAE driving license. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Education:
